Error During the installation of OPmanager

Hi,
We have been running Opmanager for sometime and now we thought to have a new installation in a server and when we do it we were not able to complete the process . i am not sure what is worng but it is something related to starting the web services: please check the msg that i get during the installation which i have pasted below:
