Hi : I want to use the Application Manager 6.0 to monitor the Weblogic 8.1. But when I add the new monitor to the weblogic server. The Application Manager always says "Service is not running". So I cannot add the Weblogic monitor. But on the server of Application Manager can access the Weblogic server. How can solve my problem ?

V7.5 - Flash Reports - too much detail?
Just tried the new Flash reports feature in V7.5 and seems the detail element when you drill down is too detailed. I picked completed requests last month. Then PRIORITY and then LOW which displayed 54 next to it, being the number of requests. Clicking on the 54 opens a new page with the request details. However that has 72 entries on it, where a request had multiple conversations in it it appears that the request appears multiple times. I'd have thought that a converstion view would have been more
Alarm Handling
Hi, We are running opmanager as well as SDP. I would like to integrate these applications so I can have opmanager log a ticket in SDP. This is not the issue. My problem is that we have been trying to "trim" down the amount of alarms that opmanager generates. Some time back we made the integration, but we had to brake it, as opmanager generated some 8000 alarms during one hour. This was related to some "SNMP authentication Failure" problems we had... - Our Service Desk was not happy 8) I had to disable
V7.5 - Colour code requests by Priority
Looking at some of the listed new features I have found the setting on a priority to set/change the colour, but I don't appear to see any result from the colour coding. Missing "Request type" in reports servicedesk 7.0
Hi, In 7.0 version there is a field called "Request type" here you select the field with info regarding Incident, Service request or just info. So i want to have a week report that is making two groups, one for Incidenst and one for Cervice requests. Is it posible to add this one in selectable menu in report section?

Request to Close call or resolve call themselves
Is there a way that the REQUESTER can Close or Resolve the call - if they have found a way to fix the problem themselves? IE - I log a REQUEST call - and later on find that i can fix it myself, But i don't have the Close or RESOLVE button . I have to wait for the Technician to close or resolve it for me. Is there a way i can allow this?
Notification of Attachment only seen on inital request
After the primary email request comes in, if it has an attachment, it is shown under the attachments button However, you don't get any notification that there are attachments on any emails that follow unless you scroll down to the bottom of every email that you have been sent. It may seem insignificant as you will generally scroll down the email anyway but if there is a lot of history this is frustrationg. It would be beneficial if we could have an attachment type button as in the original request

Linux Router Configuration
We're trying out AdventNet Netflow Analyzer to determine if it will work with our situation. I have gotten it working on all of our Cisco Routers; however, i cannot find any instructions on getting this working on a linux box. Specifically I'm referring to a checkpoint firewall linux setup. displaying data on a bank of monitors
We have a bank of 4 monitors hook up to our opmanager machine and we would like to display four different web browser windows with each showing different data. is there an easy way to set this up? also if we click onto the dashboard tab when the auto refresh kicks in it takes us back to the overviw screen. Is theri a way to stop this from happening?
