'Request Details' edit function not working
Several of our users are experiencing errors when trying to edit the request details (assigned group, technician, mode, urgency, etc.) of a ticket. I noticed there was a javascript error and have attached the message.
One problem is that after clicking 'update' the processing image will appear and the application will hang and not finish.
The second problem is that when selecting a new group, the technician form field drop-down does not populate.
Anyone else experiencing these issues?
