Possible Bug Found - Config File Manager
Hi, It seems that I may have found a glitch with the OpUtils Config File Manager. In our environment we successfully setup config file manager to retreive the startup/running configs from a number of switches at a pre-determined time lets say 7pm each night. Monitor bandwidth usage on Juniper Firewall
Hello. I have configured a Juniper Firewall with OpManager 7.2. I have enabled SNMP on the firewall, so I can obtain data from OpManager. OpManager has created the interfaces that my firewall has, but I have one problem with the bandwidth usage, OpManager doesn't correctly show the in/out bytes. I suppose that the problem is that Juniper doesn't follow the oid standards about the information of the interfaces. Home Folder Permissions
Is there a way to set permissions on home folders when created through the "Modify Profile Attributes" under Bulk User Modification. Right now when a folder is created this way it is given the "Everyone" group full permission. Under new user creation this can be done with a template.

Custom Monitor Alerts
Hello there, I have a questing with regards to thresholds and alerts on a custom monitor. I found the server disk utilisation report difficult to report from, so I created my own custom monitor script to check all server names from a file, report on each hard disk in the system, output it to a table. It sits in it's own monitor group. See the attached picture for a demo of the table the script creates. My question, is it possible to add a batch of alerts to an entire custom table? Or better, add

7.5 Edit Workstation Choose Model
Just recently upgraded to 7.5 and am looking through scanned Assets. Love the ability to scan using VBS script. But, I have one question. Is it possible edit workstations after they have been scanned?? We used to be able to do this but am now unable. chaps setup a new install of SDP 6. Started adding in the solutions and ive noticed they all go into the same category. EG general > logons > solution1 network > solution2 then if you go to general > logons, solution2 is shown as well as solution1 so its not putting them into their own categories. is there anything that can be done??? thanks ojo
64<->32bit replication / Win<->Linux collectors?
Regarding Enterprise Edition, is there any issue with running the main server on a 64-bit Red Hat Linux machine and having the secondary server on a 32-bit Ubuntu machine? Will the MySQL replication still perform as usual? Also, is there any issue with a Windows-based remote collector reporting to a Linux main server? I wouldn't expect any, but just want to make sure. Hi, I need a report for all calls which have been edited (note, mail, open, closed...) within one certain week. Might be easyer to say all the calls where a history entry is visible for a certain timewindow (f.e. last week). This report needs to include the technicians and all the "executed times" in this defined timewindow even if there is no "executed time" entry. We aren't able to view the following data past the 7 Day marker; Response time, Packet Loss, CPU Utilization, Memory Utilization, and Disk Utilization The only one I can see is Today's Availability. We need to be able to see past records of those statistics to measure for problems. Any suggestions?
Embedded images get eaten on rule forward/forward

7502 - cannot access assets
We have upgraded to 7.5 hotfix 7502 and now cannot access any assets. If we click on the assets tab, it never opens. We cannot use the search facility for assets, software or hardware. If we try to access assets, eventually SDP becomes unusable and the SDP service has to be restarted on the server. We are using MS SQL 2005 Express, any help would be greatly appreciated.
