OpManager Introduces VoIP Monitoring !
Hi All,
OpManager now supports VoIP Monitoring out-of-the-box. The tool includes highly effective and Pro-active monitors for analyzing LAN & WAN VoIP Traffic using the Cisco IP SLA. These monitors include Packet loss, Latency, Jitter, MOS and much more.
This also integrates with NetFlow to give you a better view of VoIP problems and to troubleshoot them easily.
This add-on is available in the latest Hotfix 7204 by default. If you're an existing OpManager customer, you may download the Hotfix from here and get the complete picture of your Voice Traffic.
