Recalculate 'DueBy' date after changes to SLA?
Hi
I have made changes to our SLAs, is there a way I can recalculate the DueBy dates for all open requests so that the new SLAs take effect? I don't really want to have to edit each request manually....
If there isn't functionality out-of-the-box, I don't mind using a "backdoor" method if it is suggested by someone at AdventNet!
