Hi, We had configured Radware , and same is not showing the CPU , Memory & BackPlane utilization dial data (No data available).

Hi Just upgraded to version 7507 and can't view requests, the error logged is the following: Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: The component configuration RequestsView_1 passed is not present in the database at com.adventnet.client.view.web.WebViewAPI.getConfigModel(WebViewAPI.java:82) Anyone seen this error before ? Netflow Analyzer seems to double count my ESP/GRE traffic
Any thoughts? I get double the true traffic when Netflow analyzer counts the IPSEC/GRE packets. It breaks them down into 2 seperate categories yet counts the same packets twice(one for each protocol) essentially doubling the amount of traffic across the interface. it shows as: ESP_APP----- 45% GRE_APP-----43% and the packet source and Destination are exactly the same; and the same percentage breakdown inside the protocol readouts. ?????? help
Linux Startup
How do I get SDP to start everytime my Linux server starts? I'm running it on debian and the only way for me to currently run SDP is to launch the run.sh script which I then have to terminate to do anything else. Thanks in advance for the help.

Password reset en masse
I'm an admin at a school district, and need to change middle-school children's passwords to their current lunch ID number. I have an excel csv file with the password listed as their current lunch ID, but I'm not seeing an option for me to be able to select that, like in the user creation area. Am I missing something, or is this not something that's available?

Customer Login Hide desktop management
We allow some of our customers access to the central control panel so that they can look over their devices etc. For those customers who DONT use/have the desktop management feature, it would be nice to be able to hide this in the inteface when they log in. Could this be added into the access controls for user accounts please.

I want to test ADSelf service on a customer site using a test OU and several test Users. When I run ELA on latest debian, it doesn't bind to 513 or 514 udp and instead binds to some random high port. I'm running it as root. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am trying to install Adobe Reader 9.13 to workstations and servers. When I apply the installation package to a Server 2008 x64 I get the following error, "The handle is invalid". Hi, Is there a way to make SD to send replies not only to the original requester but also to the individuals who are CC'ed on the email request? Also how about sending back replies to a group email rather than to one or two individuals? Currently, only the original requester is receiving replies/updates regarding a particular request but we would like to all addressee's to receive this information. Any help is greatly appreciated!! I made a requestor a technician, but when he goes to view requests, he sees the requests he made as a requestor, not the ones I've assigned to him. His Roles are SDAdmin and Technician do I need to do something else?

Standby server have no access to primary database

Server2 has a fresh standby installation. DB replication from Server1 to Server2 works perfect. OpManager snmp failing to query a Linux box.
I'm the Linux admin, and want to make sure I have the Linux box set up correctly to allow OpManager (which is running on a Windows box) to poll/query the Linux box. snmp reports that it's running correctly:[root@tcohepc151 snmp]# ps -ef | grep snmp | grep -v grep root 1541 1 0 Sep20 ? 00:00:00 /usr/sbin/snmpd -Lsd -Lf /dev/null -p /var/run/snmpd.pid -a and the snmpd.conf file is one that I've used successfully on other boxes. Department creation
How can I stop ServiceDesk from Auto-Creating Departments. From the best that I can tell it creates these new departments based up what is input in each user account on AD. We only want about 20 dept.'s listed but currently we have about 45, most of them are grayed-out but why cannot they be deleted. Thanks Jason

Where having a problem with the ldap from the edirectory. When i import the users from the edirectory the name of the user is the same als the login name. When i change the name of the user to his full name so that everythting stands correct. When i do a new ldap import of the users the full name is being overwrite again. Does anyone know which field from the edirectory is being used. regards

Editing Business View Background
Hello, if I want to edit the background image of a business view, I double click in the editor. After that, a dialog should come up, but what happended is, the editor crashs. After I double clicked, no editor button works anymore (the whole flash plugin crashs). Any idea, how to solve this problem and be able to change business view background again? Best regards Philip
