Reporting features in Servicedesk Plus
Hello,
I have a number of year end quarterly reports I need to get done and I'm finding it difficult to get clean reports out of Manage Engine. Let's say I want a simple report of all Request between Oct - Dec of 2008 grouped by month, I can't do that? I can group by Created Time, but that groups each individual day, when I want to group by month. This is just one of the issues I'm running into, I have many other reports that I'm finding can't be produced in Manage Engine without exporting to an Excel file and then going the process of extracting data from there.
Is there any reporting add-on to make reporting easier or any 3rd party tool that is compatible with Manage Engine and works?
Any help would be appreciated, I'll be having to do this reporting on an on-going basis and it would be a real challenge to have to do this frequently.
