Scheduled Reports missing from report list
Hi, We deleted a supportrep from the system and the schedulled reports created by that supportrep still are emailed as schedule but they dont appear in the schedulled report list. We would like do delete some of the schedulled reports and change the time of other reports. The problema is that we can not find them in the system. We are using supportcenter 7.5.12. Tkx Pedro

standard variables in SMS notification
Why can't I add Created Date when configuring the SMS alert template? This is a standard variable, correct? We want to know if there is an issue that becomes high priority after creation, but we'd also like to see the created date to quickly ascertain if this issue is first being reported or was reported previously.
Searching Description and/or Notes
Hi, I feel as though I am missing something obvious and hopefully I am. How do I search for something based on a request description and/or content of a note. I do not wish to create a filter or custom report, just a one-off search. Thanks for the help.

Errors Rate in Interface Templates
Hi, I am monitoring some routers and in the interface templates I have setup thresholds value for errros and discards at 5.0 % and rearm value at 4% for both. The ocurence it is setup at 3 times consecitively. Whe I go in the dashboard of an interface on the right side i see a graphic with errors and discards. There I can see the errors in and out, discard in and out. On the graphic these are as a number 10, 12, 64, etc. (picture ENP-6726.jpg). If from the dashboard of the interface I click on the

How to Set Up SNMP on a Windows 2003 Server for DHCP Scope Monitoring
Can anybody provide insight as to how to get this working? I have the SNMP service started and the oputils server is listed in the security tab with the appropriate read only community name. When I try to add the DHCP server in oputils, I get this error: "E2001: No response to SNMP queries" Does the SNMP trap service ont he windows server need to be configure as well? Any documentation or advice you can provide will be helpful. Thank you in advance.

I have many devices i don't want to add this guys email id going to each and every device and adding his email in notification profile Any quicker way i already have network map for this company. i can assign all attention related assign to this person for all device in network map for this company but are memory threshold only attention alert? i don't think so help!
Ability to assign to a Group from the Requests Tab
On the Requests tab where the list of requests is shown the option is present to assign a request or group of them to an individual technician. Can this functionality be enhanced to allow the allocation to a GROUP , GROUP & TECHNICIAN or TECHNICIAN as it can be on the main Request page. This allows the team to move requests en-mass to another team if they need to and saves opening each one just to move it. Any chance it can be done by tomorrow as well please :-) Andy

No Data Available - ADAudit Plus
We are currently running version 4.0.0 build number 4042 and when ever running any of the GPO reports they always come up with no data available although there have been GPO changes recently. All of the users and groups reports are running fine and when doing a RUN NOW under domain settings the domain controllers all show Success. We have 1 2003 domain controller and 3 2008 domain controllers. Is there any known issues about this problem?
Problem with new user

Slow WAN performance
G'day All, I was wondering is anyone had ideas for improving the WAN performance. We usually access the SC via a Terminal server when out of the office. Simply because the refresh rate between page listings is so slow. For example, in Requests, if I change between Open and My requests. Locally it will take about 2 seconds to display 10 req. (which is still a bit slow IMHO) But via a 40ms WAN link it takes anywhere between 15 and 20 seconds. From what I can see it is loading the entire page each time

Can't select from list for Wake On Lan in OpUtils 5
I have the trial version of OpUtils 5 and want to add a list of PCs to a WoL schedule. I get the pop up box and click on the PCs I want and then click OK but the PCs never show up in the rule I'm creating. Do I need the full version to add the PCs from a list? I can add the PCs manually, but was hoping to test how easy it was to do a mass WoL setup.

When I use orders to buy software, I write software name the way it was written by reseller. After buying a license, I can install software on workstations. But after installing software and scanning a workstation, I can see that software name differs from supplied by reseller. And system shows me that I have license violation. How can I link software-asset license and installed-software license?

Can you advise the correct usage of these flags in reports please. Does ISOVERDUE indicate that the request has breached 1st Response only, or breached 1st Response OR completion date target. What does ISEscalated indicate? I assume the reliable way to confirm that the request has breached SLA completion is just to compare completedtime against DueByTime. Regards, Andy
7603 - Reporting - Loss of Logo
Just upgraded to 7603 from 7602 and looks like the process has turned off the logo at the top of the reports and changed the name displayed top right. Is this fixable without another patch?
When opening a ticket then the wrong ticket opens (always same wrong one)
When opening a ticket that's new, when you click on the link in the list view then it always opens ticket 116 (which is closed). If the ticket was assigned, then it opens normally. Removing part of the URL that opens seems to help (stripping the query string all the way back to the ticket number). This is an issue occurring on Firefox and Chrome, but does not seem to affect IE.
How to setup Password Access workflow to Resource GROUPS
I'm just setting up Password Manager Pro, I've imported all my resources and user accounts and groups them in to appropriate security groups. How can i apply the Password Access Work flow to a resource group? I've got 15 resources in my HR System Resource group that I want certain people to require approval before accessing - how do i do this once rather than 15 times - Applying to the resource group also means that new resources added to the same group have the same security.
Managing resources (in this case printers)
There's a lot of information I'd like at quick disposal for resources, specifically printer IP, printer general information i.e. the vendors service tag # for the printer, their phone number, typical user setup scenarios i.e. scanning paths, credentials etc. Since ServiceDesk Plus doesn't have any "Free form text areas" I was going to attach .txt documents to the asset with key information; however, from time to time these .txt files will need updating and ServiceDesk Plus is only opening the .txt
Assigned to Technician notification not going to everyone
We recently upgraded to 7.6.0 Build 7602, and several technicians are reporting that they are not receiving a notification when a ticket is assigned to them. As I am receiving notifications, and have verified that this option is selected in the Notification Rules, I'm unsure what to do to correct this issue.
AD authentication
Hi, I want to enable Active directory authentication, Service Desk 7.6.0 build 7603 installed on Windows 2008 R2 whereas Domain controller is Windows 2003. I have imported all requester from Active Directory, but when i try to enable AD authentication it give an error "FAILURE :Could not enable Active Directory Authentication. Ensure Domain Controller is configured for at least one of the Public Domains" can any one help on this thanks.
Task Reminders No Longer Sent
Support, I have sent you emails but have not gotten any resolution. When I schedule a Task, the initial notification is sent out to inform the Support Rep that the Task has been assigned. But the Reminder is never sent. We have relied on this, since there is no Calendar integration available yet. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I know it worked in SC+ 6 but don't know when it quit working in SC+ 7. I am currently using 7007. Ken
