Hi guys,

We have an issue with java running 100% on servicedesk 7.604 - We have tried the language tweaks mentioned elsewhere on this board, and also modifying the startdb to increase memory usage with no luck.    We have disabled all network scans so that purely the ticketing system is in use and have archived old data but are still having a massive performance drag with this - it's frankly becoming unworkable.

Suggestions?
