Hi, We are using Cisco Content Service Switch device. Those device are not included into the basic set of device that opmanager can manage. For each device the Type is unknown. We then have several monitor, especially “service current tcp connection” The problem is when we open this monitor all information are displayed in OID form, and not text. WMI Problems
I have started having problems with WMI global paramaters. When testing credentials the global account fails. If I use the below credential for the device and input the same credentials it passes. If I then switch back to global it passes. Closing it out and coming back in the global account fails again. Any Ideas

If I use the Resolution option, and the mail is send to the customer where he can “Close” ore “ReOpen” the case. There is a Comment field. If the customer writes something in that Comment field, it is only in the Case History I can find the Comment, and not in the Request itself. This cannot be right, or?
Which account makes modifications?
We want all changes in AD Manager to be logged as that user, not a generic service account. Example: UserA logs into Admanager with his Domain credentials. Upon login, UserA makes a change to Active Directory. When reviewing logs on the affected Servers, we want the change to have been made by UserA, not a generic domain service account with Domain Admin priveledges. Is this possible? What does the, 'impersonate as admin' option actually do, or not do if unchecked. Thanks, Mike

I have a request template for New Employees. The department manager sends this in. I want to be able to have the ability to have the system autoimatically send an approval request to the HR department when a New Employee request is put in. Is there any way to do this?
Contact name
Hi, When taking a new request via e-mail. Some emails come from generic email accounts or unique names not related to the sender. For example supportcentreplus@advent.com will show the contact name as the e-mail account. I want to be able to edit the name seperatly from the e-mail details? How is this done? If I edit the contact name the e-mail details dissapear, highly frustrating. You cannot edit the one without removing the other. Stewart

Error Code 6be
We seem to be having a problem polling a single domain controller. Error message in the status of Domain Settings says. Error: Remote Procedure Call failed. Error Code: 6be I've checked the event viewer of that specific domain controller and there is activity getting logged. Any ideas?

Goup notification does not wotk
When request assigned to group, nobody gets notification, although checked in group settings. If additionallly supp rep has been specified he gets the notification, but not other members of group. Bug?
Additional Filter on Global View - Request Stats
Could it be considered for a addition in a future release to add a filter by Assignment group to the REQUESTS stats on the GLOBAL VIEW tab of the HOME page please. We typically assign to team and then the team picks up the request and assigns to a technician, so the Requests by Technician shows lots of UNASSIGNED. Editing a note displays a different note
Has anyone else had/seen the case where you click on edit next to a note and it provides a completely different note to edit, sometimes from a different request all together? We have a user that is seeing it sporadically.
Auto Authentication Intermittent Issues
All users are intermittently being prompted for their network credentials when accessing SDP 7603. Sometimes they are able to auto authenticate and sometimes they are prompted for their credentials. The system autenticates about 85% of the time. The rest of the time users either have to log in with their credentials or close all browser windows and reopen SDP. Descriptions and resolutions disappear when saving or closing
I have had many users complain and experienced the problem myself where a description or a resolution disappears when saving or closing a request. I am on 7603 but have had the issue on previous versions. The issue seems to happen more frequently since upgrading to 7600. Has anyone else had this issue?
Monitors of Application Manager
I have a question about the application manager, it appears that we have 6 applications, of which 1 is the management console and have the Enterprise edition. We have the 1000 package to include monitors but I am not sure if I can place 1000 monitors for each application or are 1000 monitors by adding all the applications that we have (ie the sum of the application 1, 2, 3 .. etc). Business Rule "Change Satus to Closed" -doesn't work
Hi, I recently updated SD+ 7514 to 7602. I had Business Rules that ware set to Change status to Closed automatically. They ware working OK before the update. CSV Bulk Group Creation - How to set `managed by' in bulk
Am using Bulk Group creation to make about 100 groups but can't see any way to populate the `managed by' field in AD from the CSV upload. I tried putting a column in the CSV called Manager and then put the full DN of the manager in there but ADManager just ignores it. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Hi, I just purchased FWA6.0 and upgraded from FWA5.0 to FWA6.0. I found the serious error when I configured FWA6.0 to analyze log from Microsoft ISA2006. Log on Top WAN (ex. top wan hosts,top wan user) column is not shown. See the attachment for more detail. Be noted that there was not any error when FWA5.0 had been used. How do you see if SNMP queries are working?
Hello. We just upgraded from FWA 5 to FWA 6. We are using Netscreen 5GT firewalls. The Live traffic reports used to be only populated by Syslog logs in Version 5. After the upgrade I wanted to start using SNMP as well.
