It says Requieres more than 1 bussiness views of shortcuts exhausted, also when i want to add a device(s)

the program star to load the configuration however it never go forward.

 

Also when i select the link Maps and then i want to add a Business View it never pass, it says Initializing Bussiness view and never go forward.
