Mail Fetch Stops Periodically


We are using SDP 7506.  We noticed that the Mail Fetching Status will become "STOPPED" after running for a random period of time.  Sometimes, it keeps running for a few days.  Sometimes, it stops twice or more times a day.

It's hard to check until we noticed that there're no new help request after an hour or so; or we found out that there are left over messages at our helpdesk mailbox (due to POP3 stopped getting the mail into SDP).

We are sure our POP3 Mailgate is working fine but why SDP Mail Fetch stops running from time to time?  Anybody has similar experience before?
