MSPs now have an ITIL ready helpdesk!
With the newly released Enterprise Edition, MSPs can now manage Problems & Changes for different accounts. The Enterprise Edition contains all features from the Professional edition as well as Problem and Change Management in addition to other ITIL features like 'Impact', 'Priority Matrix' and 'Change Advisory Board' to name a few.
We have also made critical fixes with respect to SMTP authentication in this release. So, we request our existing customers to upgrade to this release. The service pack for upgradation is also available in the download page.
Existing customers also have an option to move to the Enterprise Edition by upgrading with the service pack and applying the
