Why can't I get historical data for Websphere
How come Appmanager does not provide the ability to view historical data on Websphere counters that really matter, such as JDBC Connection pool sizes and/or Web Container Thread Pools? This is a big big letdown.

Hi, I have installed Build 9500 and am trying to add a new IIS Server monitor but I keep getting a "Service is not Running" error. AppManager: +350,000 png files under tmp folder
Hi, I notice that after a week or so, there are hundreds of thousands of image files (png) left under the AppManager tmp folder. This has been the same for AppManager Professional v8.610, 9.1, 9.4, & 9.5. Should AppManager automatically clean these files up?
All charts printed do not contain any colour
Hi, For some time now and through different builds we've a very annoying issue. When we view, for example,. the availability tab of a monitor group, we click on the printer friendly version icon which brings a pop up for us to use to print the report. The screen shows all colour and a bar that has red/green/grey depending on its status, but when you go to print it, on any of our printers or straight to PDF the bars come out clear with no colour. The avail_prob.png shows the view on the screen

Suddenly, I can't access the host including server, switches, router and firewall. It always display unable to find object xxxxx. I tried to search the object, the error message display again. When I click the network map, all object is still there. I don't why such status....
How to use Netflow Plugin..?
We have installed netflow plugin on top of OPManager but when I tried to access the Netflow analyzer, it is saying that I should enable the Netflow/Sflow on the device or No such device with Netflow/Sflow export is found. What can be the error? Can I use netflow Plugin for Juniper Firewall or is it only for switch/router?How can I configure thge device to obtain the data using the Netflow plugin? Hi, I am wanting to move the MS SQL database Applications Manager is currently using to another SQL Server. Is there a connection string I can change somewhere to achieve this? High CPU Utilization on Applications Manager host
Hi, We have recently built Applications Manager on a Windows 2008 SP2 32Bit host. We are concerned about the high CPU utilization that is occuring on the machine which appears to be coming from a process called lsass.exe. The machine is only running Applications Manager and we believe that AppMan may in some way be the cause and/or the originator. Delete Monitor Downtime detail
Good day, There is a "Delete" icon next to "Monitor Downtime detail" in the Availability Report. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working. We removed a monitor from a Monitor Group and we want to reinitialise the availability counter for that Monitor Group. So the "Delete Monitor Downtime detail" seemed to be appropriate for this, but it's not working. We could always delete the Monitor Group and recreate it, but that's the last resort. Any help would be appreciated to get this "Delete" function

Hi We recently lost power to our server farm and we wanted to use Desktop central to automate the checkdisk process. We found that there was no simple way of checking all disks on a server in one go, if I have missed it please let me know. We had to create a task for each server select the individual drive letter of the drive we wanted to check. Some of our servers vary in the amount of drives they have, such as C: D: and E:, and some have only a C:. Our citrix servers for example use U: and V:.

Does Desktop Central show when computers are online/offline?
I'm testing out Desktop Central 7 now (specifically the MSP edition), and I've only run into one signficant issue so far: I've installed one agent on a computer in a Remote Office. The agent installs without issue, remote control works pretty well, and overall things seem to work well. What's strange is that the Computer inventory, it always shows a user as being one of the "Logged On Users" no matter how long the machine has been offline. Does this ever get updated? Why doesn't the Computer Inventory View show me all the computers?
If I create an inventory report of computers, it will create a list, identical to our Active Directory info. However, when I am on the Inventory page with computers selected, all of the computers aren't listed. Some of them are missing.

Hi! Have a problem and a question. 1. I try to scan 2 PCs in the network. Agent installed on both of them. The problem is: only one object in "Workstations" is created for both PCs. And scanning of one of them is overwriting data in the object. What should I do with that? 2. Can I automatically assing newly created PCs in Assets module to multiple sites ... based on AD Domain, for example? Say, every PCs in AD Domain domain1.local is assigned to site "Site1"? Thanks!
Refresh issue for new user objects
Refresh issue in ADManager Plus - I created multiple test users to validate that once a user object is sucessfully created both in AD and ADManagerPlus you are unable to modify user properties immediately after in "Modify Single User" I received No Data Found! Even though I can see the object in ADUC and ADExplorer.

How to update Asset Details without "rediscovering"
