Custom Content Modules to add to customer dashboard
The ability to add a custom content module to the end customer dashboard as well as the technician dashboard would be beneficial.
For example, adding a custom iFrame content module or Search API module to provide the user the ability to quickly search Google from their dashboard would be improve the functionality of going straight to the dashboard for that use the ServiceDesk as their homepage.
