7704 - Increase the number of search results shown on a page
Hi guys, Is there any way to increase the default number of requests shown in search results from 5? It can be quite time-consuming to page through a large number of search results and it would be much quicker if we were able to scroll down the page instead. Cheers, Andy

Hi, By deleting a group would this in any way affect the previous history of calls logged and closed to this group? Also would it affect the history of any calls that are active that were previously assigned to that group but have now been re-assinged to another group? Thanks
Solution Search not working
Hi, Solution search does not work. The only way to see solution is by knowing where they are and browse to them. Furthermore in IE8 if you click on "browse by category" the list that appears disappers as soon as you move the mouse to get on top of it. PS: search in this very forum too dows not work in firefox How can i solve this? Thanks

Could I assign multiple people to approve a Purchase Order /incident and have the approvals in order, step by step? No data found
Recently when using EventLog Analyzer, when we click on a particular service, event, count, etc. Anything that would bring up the detailed pop-out window, the pop-out window says "No Data Found". Regardless of time frame or range, same thing for everything. Reports don't work too.
TomCat Update
We are running Build Version 6.0.0 / Build Number: 6020 of EventLog Analyzer with TomCat 5.0.28. During an audit it was recommended that we update to a newer version of TomCat Apache but I'm not sure which version is compatible with EventLog Analyzer? Could anyone recommend which version of TomCat would be best for us to upgrade to?
OpManager don't alarm when the routers are offline (I'am from Brazil)
I'm having a problem in OpManager. Added terminal equipment, routers and switches. But when I try to ping the routers OpManager complains that the router is still online. That is when the router goes offline OpManager not tell me. Can you help me please. English may not be good because I'm from Brazil and I'm using google translator. Thanks. I await answers.
Asset Discovery
The asset discovery option of SDP is very good. Where I work we have quite a few standalone machines which also need discovery action to ensure we remain compliant. It would be very useful if there was an option that allowed a "module" to be created by SDP and saved to USB Flash Disk that would allow us to insert it into a standalone machine, run the module and collect the data for merging with the final reports.
Firewall not updating as frequently as expected
Hello, I have our firewall setup on OpManager and monitoring the different network interfaces; I have noticed that when there are alerts raised these alerts take approx 1 day to be resolved. Password Manager User API
Hi All, I have successfully setup an API user for 1 of my linux servers in PM e.g. user:root host:server1 . This allows me to request passwords from PM from my scripts and all this works a treat. Now I have tried to setup the same for my next linux server (server2) and I find I cannot create another entry for e.g. user:root and host:server2 even though the documents keep stating that the uniqueness is based on a combination of user and host. Any ideas ?

Unique Alarm IDs for Notifications
This relates to a question I posted yesterday. I am trying to setup SNMP trap alerts from one install of OpManager to another remote install. I am trying to make it automatic for the remote site so as alarms are generated and cleared locally they are generated and cleared remotely. One problem I am having is making sure the alarms generated by the SNMP traps are both unique and able to be tied to their clear message. Hello all, Recently updated to the latest SDP version and email notifications for created requests are no longer working. We can email technicians directly from cases, so the email can work, however the automated notice is not working. Is anyone else experiencing this? Browser identification
The 8009 release has some issues with the description and resolution fields on Firefox 4 that cause loss of content entered to the fields by technicians. I am interested in a feature that would identify the browser used by the technician and warn them if they are using a browser that is too new to have been tested with the product. How do I get CPU Monitor to list top processes?
I am using CPU monitoring for lots of Windows servers. When the monitor passes the threshhold, some list the top processes, and others don't. How do I make my notification list the top processes that are using CPU when the CPU minot passes the threshhold? I seem to have the same behaviour from Memory monitors. BUG - Reporting by Specific Times Not Working
I'm trying to generate a report from the previous day but for a specific time period (07h00 - 19h00). However, when the report is generated, it shows that it's for a 24 hour period between 00h00 - 23h59.

No traffic logs show up
If i click on the 'view syslogs' like in the security statistics page for a firewall not a single log shows up. I know the server is receiving syslogs because if i do a packet capture i can see heaps of traffic logs coming in. Why are they not showing up in firewall analyser? I have installed other syslog tools and they all show the traffic logs from the firewall.

Template Issue
So I go through and add a new server. I configure this server EXACTLY how I want it. All seems ok. It took me 30+ minutes to do that. How the heck do I apply all of those changes, to 50 other identical servers without manually doing each one? The "templates" seem to only use service/ports, and isn't helpful at all with the additional folder/performance/URL monitors I added.
