I installed the free trial version, but am now trying to uninstall it.  It gets to the uninstall successful message, but then shows me a black screen and the InstallShield Wizard goes "Not Responding" in task manager.

 

After letting it sit for 10 minutes, nothing ever happens,so I end task and get the following error message.

 

"ManageEngine OpManager 8.0, An error occured while launching the setup.  The remote procedure call failed."

 

Upon clicking Ok, the software is still installed and I've went through the same process 5 times with the same results.

 

This is on Windows 7 Pro, 32bit.  Please help, I don't want the software and I don't want to have to forcefully remove it...or rebuild my OS just to get rid of it.
