Correct character set / encoding / line endings for CSV import w/ accented characters
We are having some trouble importing a CSV to modify our users. Standard Windows - ANSI (from Notepad) files works, but accented characters like ÆØÅ will be garbled in AD (and in the AdManager view). When using UTF-8 the data is listed in ADManager, but the columns are mixed up and I can't select sAMAccountName as an unique identifer (only two columns are selectable/header is changable).
Any ideas on the correct format?
