What does the file modification date option due.
Trying to setup a file folder operation and it has an option to choose file modification date. I tried looking though the documentation, but could not anything.

Remove serial number from SNMP collected drives
Im looking to remove the serial number and label for the Drives in the SNMP monitor name and the alerts. Its just more information then I need. Currently for example it says Free Disk Space in GB-P:\ Label: PageFile Serial Number 148908d1 I just want it to say Free Disk Space in GB-P:\ I tried running a sql query in the opmanger database to remove the serial number and Label. Exchange 2007 SP2 with Applications Manager 9
Hello, We are having MS Exchange 2007 with SP2 (Version 8.2 build 176.2) running on Windows Server 2003 R2 64bit in our environment. We are using ManageEngine Applications Manager 9 to monitor this server. The issue is I am not able to capture any information about the Exchange server. Everything is showing as NA. I ran the command "wmiadap /f" couple of times on the Exchange server but still no luck. Please advise how I can gather the information of Exchange server. Thanks

I would like to be able to specify the time to check for specific files and / or folder when using the associated monitors in Opmanager. For example: If I have a backup that runs and stores its file in a specific folder, and I want to verify that the size of that file is xGb, but I only want it to check after the backup runs, I'll need to specify a time.

Have been facing this issue for all the devices that are configured to log to FW-Analyzer. Have checked that the packet count is increasing, also live reports can be seen. Only error seen on display is data available is from a previous date and to adjust calender. Have checked the system on on the devices too, they are in sync. Have already uploaded support file on the FTP. Please help

hi there, i just TRY Opmanager V8, then i see that when i go to LIST VIEW , show me devices duplicates and even not all in the same page. Hi, I have a question about SNMPv3 support of OpManager Build 8060. I configured my device with SNMPv3 Username and MD5 Auth Password. In the "Admin" > "MIB Browser" Tool I can call some MIB-II values if I configure the device in the SNMPv3 tab. So far, so good. If I add the credentials in "Admin" > "Credential Settings" and try to apply them to a managed device (in the "Passwords" dialog), it always says "Failed". So why is there a difference between the internal MIB Browser and the SNMP polling?

I adjusted some of the image files of ServiceDesk Plus, in order to have a better Corporate Identity (CI) of our SD+ site. However, I realized after every Hotfix we apply, I need to readjust some of the images. This is very "unfriendly" regarding custom theming - especially because there IS a place to put custom stuff into! I'd like that you make SD+ using the files (especially images) from the /ServiceDesk/custom/ folder with priority against the files that are deeper inside the application

SLA Report for all technicians [past week]
Hi I am using MSSQL ServiceDesk Plus 8.0.0 Build 8011 I have the following query to display SLA details for the last week, the figures are slightly skewed "Total Closed/Resolved within SLA" and "Closed exceeding SLA" columns seem ok but the percentages are being calculated on the "Total Number of Calls" column I believe and I would like them calculated on the "Total Closed/Resolved Calls" column eg. for "Percentage within SLA": "Total Closed/Resolved Calls" * 100 / "Total Closed/Resolved Calls"

Hi Everyone, Just as an idea I like how OpManager can attempt to restart services when they are down but it would be awesome if it was able to extend that to WOL when a server it down. Managing Requests via Email
We've been using SDP-MSP to keep track of issues and logging the time spent on issues in the Work Log area. The trick is that our technicians are the ones that are creating the requests 99% of the time. We have it configured to automatically create requests from e-mail but it would be very helpful if our technicians could add work log entries to request via e-mail The tech's are on the road alot and it would be much easier if requests could be managed in the following manner. -tech sends e-mail
Auto Close take into account business days set
I'd like the auto close feature (when placed in a resolved state will close after a certain number of days) to take into account the business days / hours set forth in the configuration. If I place a ticket as resolved on a Thursday and set the automated close to 2 days the ticket closes on a Saturday when we're not open. It would be nice for it to close, in this example, on Monday. [EDIT] And to close, in this example, after 2 days the request is set to 'Resolved' not 2 days after the "Due by Date".

OpManager Build 8052 and Internet Explorer 6

Although this is working great with Mozilla Firefox, this is painfully slow when accessed remotely through Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.
