Flows from the Cisco router interfaces
Hi I am having problem with some routers not showing their line tags. I upgraded to version 9 netflow analyzer from 8 which i did not have problems with same interfaces. I monitor about 65 Cisco interfaces and had no problems with these interfaces in the previous version of Netflow analyzer. Is there a solution for this . Please advise Regards Mpumzi
Disable User Mailbox on build 5200
Using a "Super Admin" you have the ability to go AD Mgmt, Modify Exchange, Disable/Delete user mailbox. But how do I give those rights to a non Super Admin? I created a Role called Exchange Management and tried multiple combinations but can not seem to find anything that allows the non admin to disable the email box. Business Rule Stopped Working
Hello. We have a business rule when: Request Type is "Incident" or "Service Requst" then send an email. This has been working fine. Then when we come back into the office on Monday, after the Thanksgiving holiday, part of the business rule has stopped working. When the Request Type is "Incident", business rule works When the Request Type is "Service Requst", business rule fails. We have restarted the SDP services and no change. What happened over the long weekend?! Any help would be
iphone app authentication with multiple domains?
I read in a previous iphone related post/question that the iphone app will not work when there are multiple domains available? Is this truly a limitation of the app? We have multiple domains available but our technicians logon using Local Authentication. Can an 'authentication type' be added to the road map for future iterations of the iphone app?

Have created a user with DB admin permissions and have created a System ODBC connection to the SQL server from the machine hosting ADSelfService yet each time I try to connect either using the above user or the sa account, I get "Connection refused. Importing devices via CSV does NOT work
Hello, I tried bulk importing devices via CSV and while it successfully discovered the correct IPs of devices, and said successful, the devices did not import. If I manually import them IP it does work. I am not even close to my licensed device limit. Thanks -Marty-
Monitor credential access
I set the credentional settings cli and Snmp for monitoring multiple Serer. Everything works. But if suddenly one of the servers is no longer authenticate the user on ssh or not answer snmp reqest, the values of performance counters are 0. But server is aviable becouse ping is OK. How to set up so that if credentional access no longer work, I issued an alert about this?

Cannot open OpManager from windows 7 machine
Our IT director is running a Lenovo laptop with windows 7 professional 32-bit OS and Internet Explorer 8. Whenever she tries to access the opmanager web interface she receives an error stating that the browser needs to be higher than internet explorer 6, but she is running version 8. Has anyone come across a problem like this? If so, how did it get resolved? Thank you.
dashboard not showing
Hi, I have added a few exchange and MSSQL machines to opmanager and none of them show their respective dashboards. Now I found out I can delete the exchange machine and add it again under servers with the option 'add exchange devices'. This works, I can delete my other exchange machine and add this one as well. However I would much prefer to just enable the dashboard so I won't lose my data. And there is no such option to add a 'MSSQL device', so I don't see the mssql dashboard at all, how do I get

Cannot see schema exchange extended attributes
Yesterday we extended our domain schema with exchange procedures ForestPrep and DomainPrep. Using 3thparty program i can see extened atrributes but using AD MANAGER PLUS 5 it seems that i don't have this possibility. How can i manage these attributes with this software ? Regards. Paolo G
Report against archived requests
I need to produce some historical stats. We have setup our SDP archive to auto archive anything clsoed once its a year old. Consequently everything from prior to Nov last year is in the archive and I cannot get any of these archived calls to show under normal reporting. Should I be able to simply use the reporting button options to report on archived calls, or do I need to write a special query ?
Schedule restart "Reflect Custom Group Changes" don't work
Hello, we use "Custom groups" to deploy and restart our servers. When I add new computers to a "Cutom group" the system don't reflect this change to a schedule restart task. The option "Reflect Custom Group Changes" is on. When I manuell at the custom group again to the restart task all new system are visible. Same problem when we remove computers from a "custom group". No problem with a deploymenttask over "Automatic Patch Deployment". We use the latest public build: 70246 Hope you can fix this
Unable to select domain
Just upgraded to 8.019 .. When I open a browser to login I am not given option to select a domain and therefore can not login.

Hi All, I'm new to Service Desk and I'm trying to use it as our helpdesk solution. I recieve service requests in word file forms (generated by an application, out of our control). I use a word macro to gather request informtion (e.g. requester name, type of request, etc.) from certain locations in the word file. Dear All, I would like to display a CCTV Views on an External monitor. The software provide me to set up an URL. Hi We are currently trialling this product with a view to purchasing if it provides us with the type of monitoring we require? We currently have 14 servers in several locations connected via VPN and have installed OP Manager onto one central server for the purpose of monitoring various events on the servers. We currently have 3 servers which although look to be available and 'polled' they are not showing CPU, Memory or Disk Utilization in the Dashboard? Any advice or guidance would be gratefully
