I am getting the error in the screenshot (Exception while trying to send notification for the request.)  when service desk tries to send out e-mail notifications to a e-mail addresses in a specific domain.

 

I have checked and our domain and IP is not blacklisted on the recipients mail server, I am able to send mail to the domain when loggin in to the webmail with the account used for our servicesdesk mails.
