Custom monitor for linux load not working
Hello, I create a monitor using this OID to get linux 1 minute load avarege: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.10.1.3.1. The snmpwalk and the opmanager monitor test works fine, see the attachments. But, the graph no works, still getting "No Data Avaliable" message.

OpManager "Email Notification Profiles" not working....
Hi. I have setup an OpManager instance wanted to test the email notifications to see if it works. We use Google mail so we are talking to smtp on TLS or SSL. For some reason when i setup the mail settings and do a test message it works fine. But when i setup an email notification profile and then try to do a test it does not send the mail, it just hangs. Why does it do it. Why does Opmanager not support TLS? Kind Regards" Eddy

Hi Support Team, I want to know whether OPM actually offers the option of MapMaker or nor? I saw some employee had said there was no the option available in OPM 8 and it would be coming in new version in some topics in Forums, but now I have upgraded the version to ver 9011 and still found nothing about MapMaker in OPM folder. And if you still can't offer the MapMaker, is there other way to rename the business view and support Chinese name? I think it will help you develop the OPM marketing
How to Delete Uploaded MIB in MIB Browser

I have Eventlog Analyzer 7.2.2 installed on a Windows XP sp3 PC (Dell Optiplex 980) I have Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7 installed on a Dell Optiplex 990 PC. I have a 4 port Linksys router setup so that the 2 PCs can talk. I have a RHEL 5.7 Samba connection setup which allows the 2 PCs to share folders and files. OpUtils6 - IP address polling. How do I prevent OpUtils6 from polling the SNMP ports of end hosts during its automated discovery process?. As soon as I add the local "seed" Routers to the tool for the first time it appears to automatically default to hitting 161/162 as part of the IP Addressing scope discovery process. Hello. I am running SD+ 7.6.0 Build 7605. I have support technicians in more than one time zone. When they log into the system and go to 'Personalize' menu they are given the option to configure a Time Zone. After doing so and saving the settings, the time shown in the SD+ interface does not update. 1. Why does this not change? 2. Does that time shown integrate with SLAs and Operational Hours?

Employee ID Imort from AD
Currently, a technician is unable to import the Active Directory "Employee ID" field into the already available "Employee ID" requester details field in ServiceDesk Plus. We can create an additional field to meet this requirement, but this does not make much sense. Why NOT allow for Active Directory imports of the employee ID into the requester's employee ID field? It would save whitespace and it makes sense to allow for that import, rather than make the user or technician update the blank requester

Hi, we are currently running ManagEngine as a hosted solution and i would like to ask if it is possible to make a generic view based on a custom made status. for example we have made a new status called 'new', is it possible to make a view called 'My new requests' which will be available for all users and when selected will show all requests with the status 'new' for the user? Service Monitor missing in Windows XP machines
Hi, We have added a group in opmanager(Infrastructure snapshot) and that group has Windows XP machines, in that i couldn't see Windows Service monitor where in windows 2003& 2008 Servers i can see those monitor. Please let me know how to enable those monitors into Windows XP machines as well. And i have tried all possible options but didnt help, even there is a option to add individual services to particular machines but after adding the service those services are not reflecting in monitor. OP Manager SMS Alert function is broken
As the title says, the current OPM9 SP1 does not work very well with SMS alerting. I recently added a new URL monitor profile which works fine. When I add it to our Email Notification Profile, an email is sent as soon as the url goes down and when the status gets cleared. If I add it to our SMS Notification Profile instead, an email is only send when the status gets cleared, the alarm does not trigger it. SNMP traps clear other traps
Basically, Dell can send traps for both things going bad and things going ok. It would be nice if you could set the 'ok' traps to clear certain bad traps. Maybe makes this a manual setting in the trap setup. For instance, a drive fails and makes the array non-redundant. I'd like to be able to map the 'array ok' trap to clear the 'array non-redundant' trap.

Netflow Analyzer not picking up new Cisco ASR interfaces
Hi, Apologies in advance for for the newbie question! We recently replaced a Cisco 7200 with a Cisco ASR. This resulted in interface configuration changes gi0/1 on the old 7200 is now gi0/0/1 on the new ASR, etc. As a result netflow analyzer is now producing graphs for dead interfaces. Based on the output of a "show ip flow export" the device is definitely exporting flows. Do we need to completely tear down the current netflow settings and rediscover the device? if so, how? Hello, Is there a way to export all items that have been configured for monitoring, for all devices? For example we have a Windows 2008 R2 server, some disk items are configured for monitoring, services, processes.
