Automated Patch Deployment Not Creating Drafts or Patching

I've run into a problem where the both of my automated patching jobs are not executing completely. For my servers, I've asked it to:

- Scan the Device
- Download the patches to the server
- and draft a Configuration (not execute on it)
For several days now, only step one is completed.
The same goes for my desktops, but instead of drafting, I've asked it to install. After executing twice, none of the desktops have been patched, but all the scans are completing successfully. I need to get this fixed.
