Whether multiple logins required in windows for servicedesk plus
I dont have any kind of Active Directory/ similar kind of authentication in my organisation. 1. Is it possible to deploy servicedesk plus and utilise all its features? 2. Will it require creation of a login with administrative privileges in windows desktops, which has a common id and password across all the desktops? 3. If it is essential to create administrative logins, can they be hidden from the users so they dont login into the special administrative login.
switch port mapper
In the switch port mapper i have a cisco 3750g 24+4 switch. The switch port mapper program lists an ifName Po1 and ifDescr Port-channel1 of 2 of the ports that are combined for a "port-channel" however the switch port mapper does not list the actual ports that are part of that port-channel1.. for example the list has information on GigabitEthernet1/0/26 and 1/0/28 but does not list the GiabitEthernet1/0/25 and 1/0/27 interfaces that are part of the "port-channel" Can both of the information be listed.

technicians cannot choose specific user groups while adding new announcements
When a Technician wants to add a new announcement he cannot choose the specific user groups. I mean he cannot see the user group option Why Is that? and how can they create a new announcement by choosing the specific user group ? Only Administrator can do this. We have found some Technicians do not bother to put in such values as "cost" or "Vendors" etc and after a period of time when we wish to find out information about a product we have nothing but the serial number and model which does us no good at all. Moving Solutions from one install to another
Hello, We used ServiceDesk Plus in the past and stopped using it for a few months. I have been asked to re-deploy ServiceDesk and abandon all settings, configuration, etc with the exception of the Solutions. Exporting report data from script agent
Hi We are running a script agent, that returns data (text and numeric). We have enabled reports for some of the numeric data and graphs are created as we want. But the report can only be exported to pdf - not to csv or excel as mentioned in help item. Hi, we currently have a problem were we want to redirect service requests to techinician groups in different countries. The problem is when a 2 user from different countries send the same service request. On OPM's IPAM plug-in, how can I know which IPs are designated by DHCP and which are the Fixed?
How can I have the report that like (picture ipam.png) How OpManager distinguish that which IP is the Fixed or not? Since there are too many IPs got mixed together, I cannot manually designate the fixed IPs(Reserved IP). Or at least a similar query for reports would be great. Reports should have the * IP List with reserved or not mark * ipam.png like table.

incidents and service requests
We started to use Service Desk Plus 8.0.0. We get by email the 90% of the requests. Usually the requests by email are service requests but ServiceDesk categorizes them as incidents. I don't know how to convert the incidents into service requests. Can you help me? Thank you

AppManager - Windows event log on 2008r2
hello, I found that in windows 2008 r2 machines are not properly collected logs windows. if I click on "View All Events" list screen remains blank. I can easily configure the 2003 and the logs are properly collected and managed. on all the systems on my network the firewall is disabled and all queries are executed in mode "wmi". I had the same error with version 10600 and 10700 is a known problem? how can I fix this?
Scheduled Reports - Custom Columns
The addition of the scheduled reports by OU is nice, however the reports are not very useful. For instance, if I run an Inactive Users report manually, I can add the Last Logged on Time. I don't get (or can't add) this to the scheduled report. I'd also like to add the Last Modified Date to the scheduled report for Disabled Users so I know when they were disabled. But I can't do this either. Same for adding the Created Date for Users Never Logged On. etc What would be valueable would be to take any

Hello, I've been working on creating User Templates however the First Name field never parses into the remaining fields. Reporting deleted objects
On my primary file server (Windows 2008 R2), I've enabled auditing on all file systems, from the root down, using "Everyone" with success/failure for deleted objects. Is it possible to show resolved requests/incidents in the start screen of the user? Just like an approval request? Is this already possible (ie changing a setting) or is this part of a new release? Solution Format Issue

Probes not receiving template updates
If I make changes to a template from the central server and then send this to my two probes, one of them never reflects the changes. I have a probe in another site and it just won't take any modifications at all yet the local one does. Any ideas?

OpUtils problems (bugs?) and suggestions
I'm having a couple of problems with OpUtils. 1) In the Network Monitor, the "Alias Name" of several switches I am monitoring keeps reverting back to "Not Defined." I have clicked on the name and set it many times and it stays set for an undetermined amount of time, but always eventually (within a day? an hour?) goes back to "Not Defined." I currently have 45 devices I'm monitoring, and I have set Alias Names for all of them, but only those same 4 or 5 devices keep reverting back to "Not Defined."
