We are running SDplus for about 6months now. We are now trying Desktopcentral. But when we syncronize all customers to desktopcentral from sdplus all the swedish characters are strange characters. is this normal? must i rename them all in sdplus first?

i have also tried to rename them manually in desktopcentral but when i save the characters revert to looking strange.
