Technician cannot open requests
It presents an error message:
Requester Name does not exist. Do you wish to add new requester as part of submitting a new request?
- Technician was created with "all accounts" and "all sites" selected;
- All sites have its configurations as " (middle column, not " nor "Custom Settings");
- Even if changing to "
