AD SelfService Plus and AD Manager Plus
Is it possible to have both of these programs running on the same machine? We previously had AD Manager Plus running on our server and installed AD SelfService Plus. Now neither one of the programs will work. Thanks

problem with app manager reports
Dears. In this moment, we have problems with reports and/or statistics monitoring system breakdown “Manage Engine Application Manager”. When trying to delete a report, this reappear to update or to enter to statistics again. Also missing data is showing, for example, a machine show 533 hours 29 minutes and 20 seconds of downtime. PatchID 12416 Logic Problem
Hi guys Not sure if anyone else has reported strange logic problems with PatchID 12416 (WindowsXP-KB2744842-x86-ENU.exe) ? I have lots of machines showing that the patch is missing so patched one of them this afternoon at 1:45 pm. The job shows status succesfull so the machine was rebooted. After rescanning the machine again though PatchID 12416 is still shown as required so i attempted to reinstall at 2:49 pm. This time the patch install failed with an error that the patch was already installed.
Whether Multiple logins to be created in Windows
I dont have any kind of Active Directory/ similar kind of authentication in my organisation. 1. Is it possible to deploy Desktop Central and utilise all its features? 2. Will it require creation of a login with administrative privileges in windows desktops, which has a common id and password across all the desktops? 3. If it is essential to create administrative logins, can they be hidden from the users so they dont login into the special administrative login.

Ticket duplication and requester notification

I found that if i change the requester the system doesn't send the mail notification. I searched in notification rules and i didn't found related option. Can you design a tool to capture and alalyze exchane audit logs and send email notification, similar to how AD Audit plus works? Can you point me to any tool that will do such a task? My company is currently looking for such a software.
Embed Exchange or AD dashboards
I use custom HTML pages with embedded iframes to display various OpManager dashboards on multiple NOC monitors, as well as non-OpManager related information. MYSQL to SQL 2008 Login Issue

Patch "Not Applicable"
Hi, I am having an issue with deploying patches to our users PC's. We are testing deploying patches in our environment using java, specifically: 300381 and 300382. I have removed Java on the test PC's and attempted to install these updates. The keep showing as not applicable. So far I have: 1) Removed Software on target PC 2) Deleted any leftover reg keys 3) Reboot Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Having problem with Cisco device

Problem with OpManager Time

GINA Installation using GPO does not install properly

How to restore the summary reports in Scheduled Reports?
I accidentally deleted the Summary Report, which was a default report in Scheduled Reports. I'm not sure how this report was created, because it sent all the data inside the body of the email rather than an attachment.
Error: Reset Password Failed
We get this error message when users to try to reset their passwords using ADManager Plus. The full error message reads: 1. Administrator credentials in application do not match with the one found in Active Directory or 2. Mismatch between administrator's credentials in ADSelfService Plus and that of Active Directory. Any idea how to resolve this?

Assiging service request to different tech groups
Hi, we currently have a problem were we want to redirect service requests to techinician groups in different countries. The problem is when a 2 user from different countries send the same service request. Creating 2010 mailboxes
Hi, We use templates in ADMP to create new user accounts and have recently moved to exchnage 2010 from 2003. I have migrated ADMP to a 64bit server and have installed the exchange management tools on the same server. When a new user account is created the mailbox is created on an exchange 2010 database but is marked as a legacy mailbox. I can change the mailbox type from legacy to user by running a powershell command, however I want the mailboxes to be created correctly from the template. Any help

Hi, I want to give some users the ability to view/modify requests of other users within the same group. I know I can do this by putting users in the same department and enabling the option: "Requester allowed to view: Show al their departments requests". This howewer does not work for us as some users are part of more than one department.
