When a computer is scanned we get a email form ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Alert - Inventory Audit Changes.

Following inventory changes were identified during the recent audit. Removed User Accounts [S-1-5-21-554115521-2062357406-654838779-1301]
When it says removed user accounts. Is it removing user accounts from the machine or the Just the inventory.
