Hello, Since upgrading to 6003 my default values for additional fields doesn't work. Instead of picking my default value it just displays the - sign. I have checked in the additional values admin screen and they are all highlighted as they should be. Otherwise it was a painless upgrade, you have done a good job. thanks Peter

Upgrade a script
Hello DC Team! I need to upgrade a Script deployed with a configuration set with option running "at every startup" on all the machines in our AD. My initial idea was to create a configuration to remove the Old script and create a new configuration with the new script (a bat file). The goal is that the new one has to run absolutely when the old one has been removed. Can I just upgrade it from the script repo and re-deploy the same configuration with it ... or it's better to remove the old and deploy

Dashboard Question
I have a question about the dashboards. Most of my devices are in the Virtualization section. I notice that when creating a dashboard with a widget such as Last Polled Value of CPU Utilization that it doesn't include ANY devices from the Virtualization category and only from the Server category. What I am trying to accomplish is aggregate several machines from different categories for a single metric such as CPU Utilization onto one dashboard. I can't find any way to do this, does anyone else know

Hello, How can I add the total time the request is to be responded to and resolved in a notification. For example, lets say a First response is set to 4 hours from creation, and is to be resolved in 8 hours. Rather than having the actual date in the notification, how can i have the total time instead. Thanks for any help.

One incident assigned to multiple sites
I was wondering if it is possible to have a single incident assigned to more than one site or have a requester be able to see more than one site. Right now we have 3 diffrent sites and, more often than not, we get the same incident/question/request from all 3 sites. It would help a lot to be able to have an option to assign a incident to all 3 sites or have the ability to let a selected group see the incident, no matter what site it is located in.

Hi, evaluating NetFlow Analyzer for a possible purchase. Can someone tell me if it is possible to get a line graph showing one or more specific conversations, or applications, or DSCP marking? Contact notification not working all the time
Hi, we have a custom notfication message that goes out to the customer after first contact. But for some reason (and we are unable to see a pattern) a large number of customers are not being sent this message. We have this setting on: Acknowledge Contact by Email When a new request is received If I view the message conversations I see that it is a problem with Support Center Plus, the messages are not being generated. Is there some rule that prevents the message from being sent to certain emails?
OM lost network connectivity error
Hello, I see this error about once a week, and I have to restart the OM services in order to get everything functioning again: OpManager has detected that it has lost network connectivity and has suspended all monitoring. Monitoring will be automatically resumed once connectivity is established. Any ideas on why this keeps happening? -- Cody

DC isn't syncing with SD+
Using DC feature to search Warranty Expire date at manufacturer (HP) site, work well. The problem I'm having is, DC isn't syncing that information with SD+. DC recognized SD+ integration and viceversa!! (checked already) SD+: 8.1.0 Build 8114 DC: 8.0.0 Build 80101 Is Expire date a valid synching information?
