Worklog Time elapsed report in Servicedesk Plus on demand
Hello,
I'm looking for a report that can export me per worklog technician, the elapsed time on a worklog of a change.
In service desk plus on demand, i'm not able to perform querries... Someone an idea how i can obtain the required report?
