Cannot see if a user locked out

We are currnetly running ADMP build 5231
Is the ability to see if a user account is locked out available in the new version?
Our helpdesk find it very frustrating that when they use "HelpDesk - Reset PAssword Console" they are unable to see if a user is loced or are unable to simply unlock the account without having to reset the password.
Also they are unable to see if a user is locked from going to "modify user properties" > "account details" tab. They can see all other check boxes but not one for showing if a user is locked out or not, as they would in AD.
They find it very frustrating and for this reason they do not like ADMP. I have requested this feature in the past and have been waiting for this to be developed.
