Limit to business views for AD accounts?
Hello, I recently updated my OpManager install to 9410 and have been testing out some of the features. AD authentication is working well, however I noticed that when an AD user gets added, we don't have any options to limit them to specific business views as we do with local accounts. The only options I get per user are to change contact information. I understand the need for this ability is probably pretty low, but I thought it would be a nice feature. My business has considered using OpManager

I have a software license that was accidently associated to a wrong software title(product). I am unable to delete this license because it is asociated with a Purchase Order. I have the free version of Manage engine eventlog analyzer. When I log on I get a message saying This is a 5 host /applications free edition. You are curently managing 6 hosts/applications which is more than the permitted number, log collection will be temporarily suspended till you remove the additional hosts. Lost info after upgrade to 8
We did an upgrade to version 8 and now have two odd issues. One is that we can no longer see users on our user page. We have radius setup so we are able to login just fine but there are no users listed. Also the import from AD button is greyed out so we can't import anyone. Secondly we have one user that can only see one host and no others with no explanation. Thoughts?

Support Center Plus Version 7.9.0 build 7903 new Product Type dose not show up in pull down menu in contract page
I have added new products to the "Product Type List" tab under administration account settings however they do not show up in the pull down menu in the accounts tab when trying to associate the "product" to the account. The old "Product Types" are listed but not the newly added product types. Because of this, there are no "products" listed in the Contract Tab for the contract I am trying to create. IPSLA Devices not showing
I am currently using Netflow Analyzer Proffesional Plus 9.7 build 9700. I only have some of the devices that have IP SLA responder configured showing. The devices show in the main Netflow Analyser dashboard but do not appear in the drop down box as a source router in the IPSLA VOIP configuration screen. I have 15 VOIP monitors currently running.
