Purchasing module
Would it be possible to add an account number or GL code to each line item in a purchase request? The only option that is currently available is to have a single GL for the entire purchase order. We currently use an excel spreadsheet that has space for a different account number for each line item and we have multiple account numbers that we use when completing a purchase order.
Oracle Database Query monitor error
Attempting to add a Database Query Monitor connecting to an oracle 8.0.4 aix database under build 11010. I enter the details required and submit and get the following error. FAILED - Unable to connect to Database. Error Message : ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 ORA-02248: invalid option for ALTER SESSION The same monitor worked under build 10810. regards dub
Manual Device addition
We have a number of switches that currently reside in private network space and is not accessible from our host running OpUtils. Is there a way for us to manually add devices to OpUtils so that we can use it for inventory purposes and to hold the switch config files?
Support need and potential Idea
On the Enterprise side, it is possible to archive a certificate/key store resource. There is a need/desire to accomplish the same on the Personal side. Is this already available, but not readily visible? The basic need is related to S/MIME certificate archiving. We want to use PMP as the user archive for a small sub-set of users who require External certiificates for S/MIME use. This is a non-issue for internal certificates. but is an issue for External. We would like to move away from USB sticks
AD Reports
I am looking for a way to consolidate and customize my reports column. So I they could output a CSV with something similar to; Username, FirstName, LastName, LastLogonTime, etc, etc. I have seen those by themselves. But is there a way to make a from scratch custom report that has specific columns with specific data? Thank you!
Cannot add windows 2008 R2 host
Hi everybody. I'm experiencing an issue while adding a Windows 2008 R2 host to the EventLog Analyzer by providing a domain or local admin credentials. The error returned is "Access is denied". Same error is returned when trying to connect by wbemtest, with the same error code (0x80070005). I've checked on help support pages, on manual and on forum and applied many tips. Deleting archived requests directly from DB
Hi, It's good to have possibility to archiving requests but this is also a big problem that we can do nothing with them - and all category, subcategory etc. are depend from requests which are out of manage! Can you help me to understand how possible to delete some archived request directly from DB? By what sign possible to different it's position (table) from position (table) not-archived requests? Exclude specific IP addresses during scan
Few of our customers have requested a feature where in certain IP addresses configured should be excluded during scan in SDP. The main purpose of this post is to collect the scenario's where customers need such a feature. Like A network has both workstations and ip phones and we do not want ip phones to be scanned. Monitor shows wrong severity
Hi, I setup a monitor for a WebShere cluster in ME Applications Manager 11, consisting of 4 application servers. Although all application servers are shown as green for health and availability, the monitor itself is shown in red. I already added that monitor again with same result. HA fail with internal singed CA and port 443 on server.
Hi! Installed 2 standalone servers on the same subnet, all traffic is open between them. Creating self signed certs from internal CA on both servers. Applying the cert to both servers and the slave server cert to master server with importcert.bat. Aslong as we use port 7272 everything is fine, but if we change to 443 the HA fails according to HA section in Admin console. The master server is reachable on 443, but HA will not function correct. Error adding performance monitior - manual or templates
Manually added monitor to domain controller, monitor was for used space and free space. Have 29 Domain controllers but only 7 out of the 29 have the correct monitors. op manager version 9.2 This error is from a manual performance monitor add. These are Virtual machine running off VMware These are a mix of Windows 2008 Standard and R2 domain controllers. Any help would be great.

Setting up ESXi monitor fails
When I try to setup an ESXi monitor for either of our two ESXi hosts it never works and always immediately returns: Please crosscheck whether 1). Host server is running properly 2). Host server port is accessible. If the server is behind firewall and if not accessible, then open the port by configuring firewall. Is there anything I have to do on the ESXi host itself? Linking Solutions to Incidents
At the moment, adding a Solution to an Incident simply copies the contents of the Solution to the Resolution tab of the Incident. This makes it virtually impossible to report on the use and effectiveness of Solutions. It would be great if Solutions could be "attached" to an Incident, much in the same way Changes and Problems are. We could then report on the number of Incidents attached to particular Solutions, and potentially track trends and provide more proactive support. thanks.

Happy users of ServiceDesk Plus, however we have two very high priority application needs- -SLAs measured in business hours / days. -Business rules (e.g. auto-assignment) that vary based upon time of day / day of week. The situation: I've got client "TEST", create a SLA bronze, with 16 hours to resolve request. The working hours of TEST is from 8:30 till 20:00 working hours of MSP from 8:30 till 17:30 I'm creating a request that meet SLA bronze criteria, request created: 26/02/13 22:20 Due date 28/02/13 12:00 So as we can see, the SLA bronze took operational hours of TEST client, nor MSP ;((
Longstanding Biztalk performance Monitors Gone Bad
I'm on Opmanager Build 9200 I have used some Biztalk messagebox host counters for over a year. Suddenly when I go to edit them, opmanager only displays a screen which says "Error!". Despite the error page, the values for the thresholds are still working, however I'm not comfortable leaving this way, as I am unable to modify them, and it could be matter of time before they stop working. Opmanager - Templates not appling
op manager version 9.2 Under the category Domain controllers I have 29 servers I am wanting to modify the template that is attached to them "AD domain controllers" to add in a performance monitior for used disc space and free disc space. I can make the change to the correct template and it say it applied successfully, but the new performance monitors are not applied, any ideas, let me know if further info, explanation is required.
AD group reports don't include users of the INetOrgPerson type
In our environment, we have AD accounts that are both User type and INetOrgPerson type. When I pull a user report, it includes all users regardless of the type of account. When I try to pull a group membership report, it only includes AD user accounts of the User type and excludes are users of the INetOrgPerson type. Why is this and how to include all types of user accounts?

Case sensitive URL
Hi, We have rolled out SelfService+ in our company, but we take great measures when it comes to safety, so we allowed users to only open certain pages on the server which are https://servername/showLogin.cc and https://servername/accounts/UnLock Unfortunately they are case sensitive which makes a lot of unnecessary confusion around users.
