I'm evaluating your product for purchase but have a problem regarding user creation templates and the SamAccount name and full name properties

 

Our requirement is

Logon name format: is to be Firstname.Lastname

SamAccount name format: is to be empty as we manually add a unique value

Full name format: Is to be equal to SamAccount name

 

Example a user with...

First Name :John

Last NAme: Doe

SamAccount name:12345678

 

Should by the template be assigned

Logon name: John.Doe@domain

Full Name:12345678

 

I tried to set up a custom naming format with the format value %sAMAccountName% and assign that to the Full name property in the template. The SamAccount name has the format {Empty} set in the temlate and the logon name has the format Firstname+.+Lastname set in the template

 

When I create a user with this template the Fullname gets created as Firstname.Lastname regardless of the %sAMAccountName% format!

 

If i start out by filling in the SamAccount name in the form then the fullname gets the same value, but as soon as I start filling in first and lastname the fullname swithes to First.Lastname and the SamAccount name gets cleared. This is not the expected baehaviour.

 

Any help would be appriciated.
