Problem with copying SLA's
I can't seem to copy my entire SLA's from my default setting onto my sites. It does everything from the name of the SLA and the times/days etc, however it doesn't include who to escalate too. For instance i want a number of people notified when a sla level 1 is broken, however it doesn't copy that formation at all.
Anyone now a way around this?
