host is not reachable
I'm running windows server 2008 R2 and ii have the manage engine free tools installed on it. I have a workstation running windows 7 with service pack 1. When i use the tools i get a message for the workstation Status: Failed and Remarks: The host is not reachable. The workstation had windows xp before and the tools worked fine. The tools see the workstation, connectivity is fine on both sides, and they are pingable. Is there an option or tweak i need to do in order to get it to work. Any feedback will be great
