Is there a possibility to use the process monitor only for reporting and not for alerting?

I would like to monitor some user processes that are running on a citrix server to determine how much a process consumes, but I don't want a alert, if the process is not running.

for example: I would like to know how much CPU and RAM Acrobat.exe is using over a certain time. But Acrobat.exe is not running all the time, so it should not generate a alert if it is not running.
