Issues with Internet Explorer 9
Hi, We have an issue with PMP 6.8.0 when using Internet Explorer, it refreshes the page and takes the user back to the Home page when trying to access a Resource. We don't have this issue with IE8, Chrome or Firefox. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jonny

i am an IT helpdesk officer in my company without an admin privilege. but i want to make myself an authorised super administrator using the AD manager plus, so that from my end here, i can as well reset users password, enable them when they are locked out and perform other good services of an administrator please assist with usefull info. thanks
MSSQL - DataBase blank to monitor

Monitors added successfully, but when choosing the databases to be monitored I click to choose just that they do not appear in the list, the list is blank. I have windows agent installed on host and working but server still polling this host and I see connections from server in security log. How can I stop polling for prevent unnecessary network traffic?

Running Program from an offsite web hosting server...
I am just wondering if this has been done or can be done with this program. It seems to me that the program is designed to be run on an "in-house" system to manage passwords that way. I am just wondering if the program would also work if it is being run completely "off-site" for website and server password management.

We are looking to create workflows to automate some of our daily checks e.g. we want a workflow that checks at a certain time whether there is a file less than 24 hours old in a specified folder, if there is then no action and if not we want to log a ticket to support desk. Exclude events from view in ELA
Hi everyone. I am using ELA and want to know if I can exlude events from view. When I view a list of my hosts I can see a number of Errors, Warnings, Failures, Others and a Total of all events. I click on the link of errors for a particular server and a window opens showing me all the Error events for that server. In that view I can filter for events from a particular source, type or event ID etc etc. In my circumstance, I am looking at the Error events for an RDP server. 99% of the errors

Hi I am trying to see if there is a way to generate an SDP ticket, or even just send an email from an alarm in the alarms panel. Not an automatic one, that's part of the notification profile, and works fine. Unable to add additional domain to ADManger Plus
When attempting to add a newly created domain to ADManager Plus I receive the error " Username/Password is wrong or some authentication missing Click here to TroubleShoot." I can log onto either of the domain controllers that I've specified with the credentials provided to ADManager Plus. I've verified that there are no firewall rules preventing port 389 traffic between the ADManager Plus server and the domain controllers. Can anyone point me to a log file that may have additional details?
IP Groups Consolidated Report
Hi I have Netflow Analyzer, build 9800, installed. When we print an IP Groups Consolidated Report in PDF format, we would like to align the first column, IP Group Name, to the left and not centred as in the default report, see example attached. Is there a way to change this? Thanks Ryno

I have Netflow Analyzer, build 9800, installed. Our client have long names for the IP groups. Is there a way to not show the names truncated with a ... at the end, but rather the full name on the pages and Reports? If not, we will have to change the name to a shorter format. How can we change the name of an existing IP group without the need to delete it and recreated it? This will cause us to loose all existing stats for the IP group. Thanks Ryno

Choose Database By default OpManager comes with PG is along with the application. Database and application on the same server. In matter of performance that's good right? But PG is the database that I can trust 100%? I say this because of large amount of information, the information supports the PG? And now with regard to MSSQL, usually in the database is on a server and OpManager is another in a matter of performance, affect much the performance of OpManager? What recommends using ManageEngine:

Hi Build: 10100 I have discovered the vCenter server with creds that have the automatically detect tick box. However when I add new VMs they do not appear automatically. All other VMs at time of discovery were fine though. How do I ensure all new VMs are auto-detected? Thanks

Exchange 2007 monitoring with OpManager 8 problem
Hi All, I am very new to OpManager and am trying to get it to monitor exchange however everything under 'Exchange Dashboard View' is either N/A or 0 req(s). SNMP and WMI is working correctly and I can add SNMP and WMI monitors manually (under performance monitors) and they report a status. Monitors under 'Information Store Mailbox Monitors' all come back with a "The Monitor did not respond to the test request'. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks

SLA Escalate to another group.
Is it possible to take an SLA escalation and assign it to another group after a certain time period? We have a SLA setup that requires our technicians to resolve the issue within an hour, after that it will notify the next group every 30 mins. We would to be able to automatically assign it to another group after the first hour. Is this possible?

Hello, I have configured a router in Neflow Analyzer some time ago and my provider changed the router configuration. I have changed interface names by something more relevant and now I will like to check SNMP index number (ifindex) of the currently configured router. I will like to check for each interface its interface index to be sure about the current naming in Netflow. I can't find where it is mentionned and if it is written somewhere ? I am planning to migrate my Opmanager 9410 Professional Edition to a new server. Currently using Opmanager 9410 with MYSQL database. I have already install Opmanager 9450 on the new server. Change Requests by Asset....
Is there any way to view all changes related to a specific asset? It seems like we are tagging assets in change tickets, but there's no good way to get a quick view/list of change tickets related to a specific asset. There has to be something we are missing? The bottom line of change tickets is being able to review all the changes for a specific system/asset in a way that aids troubleshooting and research. I do not see a way to easily get this.....maybe a report?
Basic interface report (6 months) - Data Points always from 0:00(no traffic at midnight!!!)
Dears I need to get some interfaces basic report just to check if the traffic is incresing or not. Main problem is: When I get a 6 months report for example, netflow analyzer get all data points always each 7 days at 0:00 (that time there is no one in the company traffic is very low....) I am wondering, that graphic i not good for me... question: is it possible I change the time of data points ? For me the best time would be 10am... thanks in advance!

Hello, I've trouble experience during start the first time. I get "Previous start failed. Please, Reinitialize DB and restart server. Problem while Starting Server. System halted", after that the service change its state to stopped. Also I tried to restart Windows, but the problem still yet! How can I do to solve that problem? Thanks in advance!
Event filtering
Im wondering if there is a way to do this or if this a planned feature. Basically what I would like to do is in the case of say, failed logins, I want to see if I have 5 failed logins in 15 minutes, but I would like to see this only if all 5 are from the same user. I don't see any option to do this currently. Am I missing this or is this not possible currently?
