Hi! I am trying to import a CSV with changes to 200 users. I want to change different attributes like mobile, manager etc. on each user.

I go to Modify Users under CSV import and press import to my file. The system reads my file OK and gives me the information about my users. When i click "update in AD" it asks me to define a match criteria for Users in AD. But here i cannot choose the obvious ones like SAM account name or Display name. I can only choose attributes; Title, Mobile, Company, Manager, and Department.

 

Why can i Query SAM account name? Every time i try one of the others, it cannot find the users, of course because I changed these attributes.

 

Goal: Modify a list of users with different attributes.

 

What am I doing wrong?
