Hi, I want to ask a question about OpManager Export Visio. I can create a Business View and add device then I choose Export Visio. After that my questions are started. I have the visio.xml file. When I opened that, it connet to internet but I see just codes which is in the attachment. I want to have and see it as business view then print out. Is that possible. Thank you
Problem with NCM plug-in
Hi to all, i installed OpManager with the NCD plug-in, but it doesn't work properly. When i click to Switch->Device Expert, the browser redirect to the OpManager's home page. Increase timeouts for sync configuration action (NCM-plugin)
Hello, When I try to sync the configs of my Cisco switches, some of them fail after the "write mem" command is sent. I believe it is due to the timeout being set at or around 30 seconds. The switches that fail are stacked with 5 or more switches and I think it takes a little longer than 30 seconds for the write command to finish. The switches with fewer than 5 switches sync just fine. Is there a way I can change the time out for this command? This is the tail end of the Failure response: ntp clock-period
Configuring devices on Mibbrowser
Hi All, I am cheking the Mibbrowser and its a very intresting tool. I am hoping to use to monitor some power devices on a network. I have the MIBs from the three equipment types and i am able to load them on the MIBbrowser. The problem is I dont see where to add the Ip addresses of the power devices (there could be about 20 of these). I am hoping when i configure this i should start to receive traps from the power devices and at my computer i will be seeing what is happening at what location (i.e

SSO Issue Two Logins

Publish a graph on a web page
Dear All, I'm the new to the forum, so firstly hello community! I am using Netflow Manage Engine v9.7. I have a nice graph which I'd like other people to see, published on another webpage, without having to use the form/query. It would be the same query each time... display IP Group X utilisation over 24 hour period. Is there anyway to do this? I can see in the source of page it is a static link that changes each time I do a browser refresh. HI My upgrade for servicedesk is getting failed from build 8.2.0 to 8_2_0_SP-1_0_0 with error unable to start the db, possible server is running if so shutdown the server.or previous upgrade is failed and the message for the same will be displayed in command prompt. I have tried the upgrade with service stop still the same error any help is appreciated.
Auto change of staus
Hi, I've changed the setting that auto changes a ticket from On-Hold to Open when the requestor replies which works fine, however is there anyway to do same when anyone replies to ticket? The reason I ask is that in some cases we have to forward a ticket on to different people other than the requestor and when said person replies we have to manually keep an eye on the on-hold tickets.

eventlog does not collect log from Unix hosts
Hi all I've just started to use Eventlog and I use a Windows machine as my server,with windows hosts I have no problem and everything go well but I have a problem with Unix hosts. I configure Syslog on my Ubuntu and CentOS machines and they added to the server as well but server collects no log!!and the weird part is that when I use Syslog viewer it shows the messages but Eventlog doesn't collect any logs. help me please best Regards, Siavash

We recently implemented SD+ and are on the current 9006 build. I have a question for all the folks out there using the software for asset tracking. How are you handling OSs? We have 100 pcs that ahve Win 7 installed. The license key that is being picked up is the same for large batches of them and does not match the license sticker on the PC. Disable (Remove) Remote Control Agent?
I would like to know how to disable or remove the remote control agent entirely? the ability for an admin to modify the configuration to allow a connection without prompting the user creates a significant security concern. I know you can check the box to remove the functionality, but if you were an admin a simple check of the box re-enables that feature. Removing SLA Delivery Time Notification/Banner
Is there any way to remove the SLA notification that appears at the top of the service request when an SLA has been assigned to it? Unable to load MIB

Event log question
Is there a limit to how event log rules can be monitored per domain controller? We're trying to monitor for event ID 529 and 644 on our DCs but don't see the emails coming through when the accounts get locked out. We are successfully using event rules for when accounts are disabled.

High CPU (java.exe) on ADSelfService Plus 5.1 Build 5102

Hi, In Firewall analyzer 7 i am receiving the syslogs from Fortinet firewall with 1 hour incremented.Suppose my firewall and system time is 11am when in firewall analyzer it shoes me the 12 am. My firewall and system time is correct. please help me out.

Best practice for overnight patching using WoL
Hi, I've always previously relied on emailing batches of users asking them to leave their PC's on one night for a preset configuration to fire off and patch up their PC's. I'm sure you can imagine the percentage of people that actually remember! Anyway, what I've done instead is go round to each PC and enable Wake on LAN so I can wake them up in the evenings and fire off a patch configuration, now, what I would like to do is set all this up to be done automatically so I've divided the company up
MS Win Server 2012 R2 Compatability with OpMan?
I am experiencing some issues with Server 2012 R2 in OpManager... to my knowledge I have the latest version - just updated this morning. I cannot find any posts on whether 2012 R2 is officially supported - It is NOT an option in the OS selection dropdown box. Is it just me, or is 2012 R2 not working yet? All my virtual 2012 R2 servers are being incorrectly detected as 2003 physical servers, and the program wont let me change it manually. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks, Boris
