For certain purchase orders, when I try to receive the item, it says "Receiving, please wait..." with the spinning circle.  But it never completes the action.  I could leave that going for up to 15 minutes and nothing will change.  Oddly enough, certain purchase orders allowed me to receive the item with no problem.  Here's the image of an item I'm trying to receive but can't.
