Patch Management - Duplicate OU names and defining a target
Hello, I am trying to define our "Laptops" OU as a target but it's not working. We have a few Child OU's with the same name but under different Parent OU's. When selecting the OU, it only shows the OU Name and not the Distinguished Name. Do I need unique OU Names for the "Define a Target" to work.

custom groups multiple criteria
I want to have a dynamic custom group that separates out my Win 7 32 bit and my win 7 64 bit. I want to deploy software based upon those attributes. When i create the custom group i choose Operating system as Windows 7 and then add a second criteria as x86 for system type. Then i save it. The issue is that after i save it it reverts from an AND statement to an OR statement so it pulls in my 32 bit servers. HOw can i stop this? Thanks.

hi I am running the latest version of DC8 and have been advised to upgrade to DC9 as some patches cannot be rolled out with version DC8 anymore before i do this are there any gotchas? I don't have a test environment and have been burned before (i usually disable DC agents on most critical servers and computers before doing any upgrade to avoid client problems) Many thanks

user can't interact with install package
Hi It seems since we upgrade to build 80215 that some of our install packages which require user interaction do not work. There are no prompts appearing on the screen. This used to work. If we go in and manually change the properties of the DC agent service and put a checkmark beside "allow service to interact with desktop" then it works. is this a known issue with this build? is there a fix? (btw this is on Windows XP that it doesn't work)
Agent Status shows the wrong Server (Internet Connected remote Agents)
Is there any way Remote/Internet ME DC Agents could show in their Systray Status the Server Name as it was encoded in the Remote Agent MSI? Instead it shows the internal/LAN name of the ME DC Server which is meaningless and not the hostname they are connecting to. Hi all, Is there a way to get notification when a case is changed to resolved - I can see how to get one when a case is closed - but sometimes depending on the case they are being resolved instead of closed but I can't see a setting to set this up as a notification?? Thanks

SDP Cannot be Started Due to MySQL Failure
Hello, We were using SDP on Windows before but now I am trying to move it to a linux (Fedora 20 x86) machine. I've installed everything and changed the database to MySQL using changeDBServer.sh and it was successful but ServiceDesk is not starting now. When I try run.sh command it is giving me "Trying to start MySQL server failed" error. I tried to check the logs but couldn't find anything. By the way I am running MySQL Community Server Edition 5.6.17 (i686). And when I try startDB.sh it is giving

Heya ManageEngine, I've got a registered user that has registered with his questions and he can not use the GINA portal as it comes up with this: You are required to subscribe for Verification COde. Netflow stats linked to device reports?
We are running the latest build of OpManager with the Netflow plugin. Is there a way to enable linked netflow stats to device summary pages or reports? If we click on a device in the web interface there is no section that shows any netflow data. We have to go to Network > Netflow to see that information. Any way to link/integrate netflow data with the general device property pages?

CPU Utilization not displaying on one server
Good Day, We are experiencing a problem on Opmanager with one of our servers, it does not want to monitor the CPU utilization for the server and displays the "No Data Available" image. We use WMI to monitor the server information and the credential we use does have access to the server. If we test the credential it displays that the WMI access passed. Is it true that "A workstation must join a domain to be scanned and updated scanned information?"

Does ADManger Plus work with Office 365?
My company is planning to migrate our mail from Exchange 2007 to Office 365. The current plan is to setup our own tenant and use ADFS and Dirsync between an on-prem Exchange 2013 environment (hybrid solution), our Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory and the Office 365 tenant space. Can ADManager Plus create accounts/mailboxes in Office 365? If not, what can we do to get ADM to work in this environment to create mailboxes?

OK Button is missing from "Add OU" and all that sort of popup box, need emergency help, want to take some report by OU based.
Change requester does not updates site (does change department ).
We have to create requests by email so we need to change requester from ourselves (Edit -> Search Requester list -> choose correct). Requester name and department changes successfully - but not for Site. And here is a huge problem - SLA rule depend on Site.
