I created a user template, that create Office 365, based on a csv bulk user import. In the Validation Status it's returning that "Logon name is not compatible with Office 365", why? I tried with short and long names, with (returns the error message reported before) and without logon name (returns that it's a mandatory field). In the last test i tried upgrade from 6200 to 6220, with no success either.
