API command "ADD_DEVICE" fails
When I run a powershell script to add a Cisco ASA firewall to Device expert(5950) it fails with 3304 code. Also the GET_ALL_DEVICE_TYPES API does not work at all it returns code 3308 asking for an IP address. Duplicating milestones
Running SDP 8210 enterprise We have a number of projects with identical milestones & rollup tasks within them. I can’t see a way to ‘duplicate’ a project or even copy & paste between projects to save time. Is there a special permission needed for this or is the feature not available? I'm working on implementing ADManager and is trying to figure out how I can disable inactive users. I have found that Automation is available in the Pro version so I want to use that. However, I need to filter on OU where the users are located. In the current setup I can only see that it is possible to filter on user attributes. But the reports that Automation runs on, can these be filtered on OU? If it is not possible to filter on OU, then I need to propose a change in our AD structure to my internal

Resolution Spell-check and Image Insert
When you are creating an Incident, the toolbar in the Resolution field is lacking the Insert Image button and the Spell-check button. These buttons are present in the Description field. Fix for problem with reuse of IP adress for new nodes
AppManager has a problem when you reuse an Ip adress from an old server for a new server. Appmanager will report the new server as Unknown server host name 'l"DNS name"’ Currently it requires a script from support to reset this every time. Desktop Central Server - Backup window
On my actual DC server, when I login, I have at least one "ManageEngine Desktop Central" window open (multiple windows if it has been more than one day since my last login) that has the Backup & Restore tabs. Just sitting there. I have automatic backups configured to backup to a different server. Most of the time the backups appear to be made and by using the popup Backup window I can put in my save location and click Backup and it is successful.. I don't understand why this window keeps popping

Friends: I'm creating a new thread because I think the last one got lost. We are using DeviceExpert to backup security Devices, and the only two available methods are Telnet-TFTP / SSH-TFTP. The problem with this, is that when you are backuping a remote device, you are using a Highly unsecure method to transfer the config (TFTP). Is there a way to achieve the same objective but using only SSH? This method is available for other devices (Like Juniper), but I cannot achieve the same result for Fortigate
