Stop Timer Still works for Custom Status?
Hello,
I created a new role and took away technician ability to stop the timer or change the due date. When going to the create a new ticket I see that "On Hold" is no longer a option. Which is perfect.
Now I created a new status called "Change Request Initiated" iIn Progress with the status timer of stop. But when i lon on as a Technician "On Hold" is still unavailable , but the new "Change Request Initiated" still shows up in the list? should this not be unavailable as well?
