Hi team, kindly suggest for this below scenario. we would like to monitor the recent modified file in a particular folder and to get an alert if the folder does not contain a recent modified file older than 15 mins.
Add column in Asset groups
Dear Employee, I have made new custom groups under assets, I was wondering I could change the column because I wanted to see the description of the asset but this was not an option. Modify Naming attributes with custom advances format
I have tried modifying a username through the "Modify naming attributes" screen using a custom format we have developed (firstname.surname unless it's longer than 20 characters in which case initial.surname) If i create a new user from a template using this format it works correctly but under the modify screen it just uses firstname.surname even if the name will be too long. I've also noticed that when creating a user if the name is still too long it will show an error but through the modify screen

Internal Server Error while adding SNMP v3 Credential
Hi, I'm currently evaluating OpManager for a large project and have run into a bit of a snag. We are required to use SNMPv3 for our monitoring. I've set up some RHEL6.6 test servers running the latest Red Hat supported net-SNMP configured to SNMPv3. I've tested the servers remotely with snmpwalk to verify the servers are responding properly. The problem arises when I try to enter the SNMP v3 credentials into the OpManager GUI. After filling the form and hitting the Add button, A red bar appears stating

SSO Problem IE 10/11
I cannot get single sign on (SSO) to work with our SDP 9.0 (9023). I have followed the instructions online and in the configuration settings page for SSO. The computer account appears to be working and the configuration I entered in for SSO saved with success. However, every time I go to the SDP site in IE 10/11 or Firefox I get a challenge response (Windows Security) window from the browser. Need to setup a business rule based on request status
I am trying to set up a business rule by which I can email all requestors (under Requests) whose tickets are in a specific status like hold to take action. I want to send this email daily till the ticket comes out of Hold status. Can you help on this?

changing manage_key.conf file does not help - also blocks restarting
When I change the location to pmp_key.key either from admin menu or directly editing manage_key.conf file (direct the location to a to a usb stick and move the key file to the stick), nothing changes. I can still run the application from my computer or any computer without the usb stick plugged. But when I try to restart pmp service, it does not start. What should I do in order to put this security in effect?
CI Details screen
Is there a way to change the fields that are displayed on the CI Details screen for assets? We have some fields being shown such as sysUpTime that we don't need.

Script to set status = 'closed' and update resolution field
We had a technician leave and need to close his completed tickets. There are a lot of them. Has anyone written a SQL script to set Status = 'closed', set technician and set resolution? I would rather not go through the database and figure out the relationships to make this work. Or is there a way to mass close tickets in SDP? I am on version SDP version 9. Sorting by Priority
When sorting by priorty, the requests are sorted by priority...alphabetically, rather than by actual priority. So we end up with this: Rather than: High Medium Normal Low On a similar note, I'm not sure what the priority difference is between "normal" and "medium"; It seems like based on the color differentiation, normal is a lower priority.

Are there plans to make SDP compatible with newer versions of MySQL?
We would like to move our SDP database to our main MySQL Enterprise server. However, we're currently running v5.5.28. As far as I'm aware, the latest version of MySQL that SDP supports is 5.1.x. Are there plans to support newer versions of MySQL? I just read a post that SQL Server 2014 is supported--why not the latest version of MySQL? Thanks!
Backup Failing on multiple devices

Push Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2013
I am trying to silently push out Office Pro 2013 to remote office computers. I followed the two guides for Deploy Office 2013 and Deploy via HTTP. When I push it to a test computer, I get "Pre-installation has failed: The system cannot find the file specified." I used the OCT and followed the instructions. Attached is a screenshot of my software deployment and the contents of the 7zip file.
Setup static ODBC Data Source
Is there a way to use Desktop Central to setup an application Data Source (ODBC) driver? My application needs one on each computer it runs on and in the past I had to go to each PC and manually set it up. The drive is a simple MSSQL database source.

Desktop Central reporting wrong DNS servers
When doing as asset scan or a custom report looking for the DNS setting of machines Desktop Central is reporting old DNS addresses that are no longer in use. Checking these machines they have either static or dynamic addresses and using ipconfig /all on either they report the correct DNS servers. Where would Desktop Central be finding the old addresses? What needs to be done to correct this issue?

How to change timeout for backup process
I am testing DevEx and having random issues backing up fortigate firewall configs. It seems to work sometimes and not others, and the fortigates indicate that the SSH connection from DevEx has timed out. Is there a way to adjust the timeout settings for the fortigate backups.
Unlock account on all Domain Controllers
Having used the function in AD Self Service Plus, I was unpleasantly surprised to find it missing in ADManager Plus: Unlock account on all Domain Controllers Please can you urgently add this feature in the next release, additionally we found the locked out users report was not reporting all locked out users, even though there was no OU filtering AND I'd refreshed the locked out users report. First it said 0, then after a refresh it said 5, but that still wasn't ALL the accounts that were locked.

Hi guys - We have this setup, and everything is working great except for the Ctrl+Alt+Del > Change Password > Reset Password link. When we click on that link outside of our network, we get a page cannot be displayed even though you can hit the web site through the browser without problem. If we are on the network, or connected via VPN it works great, so there must be some kind of firewall/port thing going on but again it's only affecting that Reset Password link as users can get to the website all

Hi, I'm trying to enable TLS for outgoing mail on port 25. When it's enabled SD plus is unable to send messages. I've verified that TLS is working on our mailserver. Add User Column in the Asset Lists
Dear Awesome Developer and Admin here, I have a question that maybe easy to answer or never answered. In the asset field at the help desk request form, I want a 'User' column exist. It is very important column to help us find asset based on who own those assets. I have a screenshot here, you can see there is no option to add user column. How can I add some columns to this kind of asset view? Thankyou in advance.
OpManager SSL with existing PFX wildcard certificate
We are happy users of ServiceDesk Plus and currently evaluating OpManager. The technical support team at ManageEngine helped us setup an existing PFX wild card certificate for use with SDP. We are trying to do the same thing with OpManager, but the evaluation support to date hasn't managed to get the SSL working. Can anyone offer advice on how to get this working? Regards, Andrew
Monitoring AIX Servers using CLI
Hi, I try to add AIX 7.1 servers to OPManager but i face some difficulties. OPManager cannot get any data of resources such as CPU, memory, disk space and any other. As i see from the first image below those are the data that use CLI protocol. As i try, test cpu monitor i get the error "the monitor does not respond to test request" but as i test my credentials from server tab, CLI connects with success. What am i doing wrong or what should i check? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
