We are customizing the "SelfServiceHelp.html" page and we have an excel file (.xlsx) that we are trying to include.  Firefox and Chrome work OK but IE tries to download the document as a ZIP file. 

 

According to this blog, they are suggesting that I add a MIME type for .XLSX files so IE will download it and not create the zip file. 

 

Can I add a MIME type for .XLSX document to ManageEngine like this document suggests?  If so, how?
