I setup mail fetching and it seemed to be working.  It connected to our server with no errors and I was getting old emails that were supposedly tied to that email address.

Now it is not grabbing any emails from this email box.  I sent a few test emails to it and it is not grabbing anything.  The log says there are 0 msg to receive.
