I am unable to load any MIBs into the tool on the initial application launch after a fresh install. I have attempted to run as admin as well and get the same errors. I get the following two errors:
Some servers not showing in Ops manager
We recently installed Ops manager and it has just completed its first scan for a range of IP addresses, some virtual windows servers in the range have appeared and some haven't i.e. ip ending in .63 shows and so does .65 but .64 doesnt? Any help appreciated on this please.

Possible to get a report listed by technician that shows Incidents and Service Requests ID number, current status, and count of days open sorted by days desc? ADmanager+ - Bulk user import
When doing a bulk user import via CSV are you not able to customize headers? in the Admin section for LDAP attributes you can add customized LDAP headers but when using the CSV import those created are not there - Am I am missing something? Or is this functionality not available at the present time -

One of Frequently asked Reports could not be executed
Hi Expert, I'd like to add one of Frequently asked Reports into SDP system, which is called Count of request created based on hour range. But when I exeute the query, the error messages poped-up. Outlook 2016 for Mac error
I have end users who are having trouble responding to messages I send via the service desk application. They are able to wirte out the message but when they send the reply a message pops up saying that Outlook was unable to save the message. This only happens with e-mails that the end users reply to, they are able to send new messages normally. Also this only happens with Outlook 2016 for Macs.
Data conversion - SDP to SDP MSP
Just a quick question... we are using SDP and have a year's worth of data in it (Incidents). We are strongly considering migrating to SDP MSP (on a new server). We have a client/tenant that we will need to put on MSP immediately. But my concern is if we have you do the paid data conversion for us, when we load that data into MSP, will it overwrite the database such that we lose that new tenant data? Team, I upgraded to latest version of Servicedesk Plus Build 9205, I did like to know how to mark the First Call Resolution and also How to add the Work Log Timer CURRENTLY when i click on Work Log Timer, I get a box to add comments, after that when I click Start Add to Worklog nothing happens. Import Log IIS.
I need all the logs that are in the folder E: \ logs \ weblog \ iis \ srv-test \ w3svc3 are imported every 30 minutes by the eventlog analyzer, find no way to do it only works for me if I select a single log, but the idea is to automatically do it with every log that will be added in the folder. This way does not work: (IMAGE 1) Thus if it works, but you have to import log by log: (IMAGE 2 and 3).

Two access the database is not available
I have two separate access database files that I cannot access. when I try to open either one it says unrecognized database format. When I tried to compact and repair, it says the same thing. how can I get back into these databases?
Can you create a URL that points to a specific Task?
I'm trying to develop some work flows. Using the interface to navigate between the many tasks, projects, and requests (none of which are interconnected) is extremely slow. I find it MUCH easier to create book marks in my browser that would point to these items. How would you create a link to a Task? How would you create a link to a Request? Can you create a link to a Worklog?

having issues where the software installation count under details does not equal the count for the number of installations. Hi Looks like a much asked question but, colour coding requests by status - Is this implemented yet? I found the question being asked a long time ago & the reply was that it was going to be implemented in one of the version 7 releases, but this was refering just to showing a little square of colour in the status column.
Is it possible to rename assets on Mass?
Hi, when assets are received after placing an Order, they appear in Store. The person who manages purchases then manually amends the CI name of these items to the asset tag of the machine. For example from Wyse-Xenith-2 - PO# 5825[6] to UT1234. Is it possible to change this on mass rather than having to manually open each asset? Regards Matthew

We have written a script that will copy an additional field into the subject line of the request. In this case the script copies the Effective Date and time field in the Subject field. However we would like for it to only copy the Day and Date. So we would want it to look like this: Trout, Brooke - Effective Date Thu Apr 14 2016 Below is a snippet of how it currently looks. Report on Fields
Hi, I would like to look at producing a report that shows all the fields that have been setup and how many times they have been used. We are trying to do a clean up of our setup and would like to look at fields that are not being used and delete them. I was able to run a report on the category and sub category's (please see snap shot below), but not sure what would be the best way to produce one on the fields, thanks in advance.

Clear out Service Desk Settings under Add-On/Products Integration in OpManager
We used to have Service Desk Setup and we had an account we used from Active Directory to authenticate to the Service Desk Plus Server apparently. Anyhow, I want to clear out ALL of the settings for Service Desk Plus. I can't seem to figure out how to do this. Also, I thought there was a way to perform a Database Backup in the Admin tab of OpManager, but I can't seem to find that anymore. :( Any help on how to backup the DB would be great.) Jonathan Roundy
Probes not registered with Central Server
Hey guys I am both asking a question and reporting a problem. We have a premium licence for App Manager and Netflow plug-ins which, to my knowledge, we are able to use across multiple probes. However the licence only seems to have applied to our main probe and not the subsequent ones, as App Manager and Netflow appear to be running on trials. I noticed though that on the Central server, only our main probe seems to be connected to it and not the others. Could this be the issue with the licencing?

A user has created a ticket. After IT Servicedesk has completed the ticket with the required fields (categroy, subcategory, item, Service Category, ...) and clicks on 'Update Request' we receive the error message 'FAILURE :Exception occurred while performing the operation' How can we avoid this, is the only opportunity to recreate the ticket?

Hi, Does the cloud based SD product have all the features of the on premise edition? In either case, what is missing from either edition? Thinking that maybe moving to the cloud is where we want to be but we don't want to lose any functionality. Thanks Nathan

Project Time Tracking Report by Technician Per Task
I am creating the following query report to run weekly that will pull in that weeks' hours & minutes reported in the Project > Task work log. This was working until a technician had multiple entries in a week for one task. The error returned at that point was: "org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: more than one row returned by a subquery used as an expression at ..." followed by a whole lot of random text. SIF (Support Information File) doesn't generate
We have five probes in our environment and on two of our probes, the SIF doesn't generate. The message "Please wait... it takes sometime depends on logs size." appears and quickly disappears and I keep an eye on the /<opmanagerhome>/support folder and the folders for conf, debug, logs and users never get made. Any suggestions on what might be causing that and any quick fixes?
Incorrect Data Flowing in from ASA5505
Hello there, We are receiving incorrect in/out data flowing in from the ASA, Maximum inbound is 60Mbps and Outbound is 10Mbps. But if you could look at the below image you will see the graph shows a spike of 272Mbps OUT speed which is incorrect. Resolution edition error
Hello Team! We trying to edit some of our resolutions but get some error. Text in error message:"Error occured while loading input to DataBase". It happens not every time, not with every Resolution. Not any dependency found in many tests from our side. Any Browsers, any last 10 Service Desk bilds - no dependicies found. Any ideas?
